  • Respond to telephone, in person or electronic enquiries or forward to appropriate person
  • Perform clerical duties such as maintaining filing and record systems, matching up paid invoices with reports for payables and receivables, maintaining customers and suppliers files
  • Verify codes correctly with invoices and purchase order
  • Experienced in coordinating and planning office services such as accommodations or purchasing supplies
  • Job costing and budgeting, manage inventory control
  • Manage both paper and electronic filing systems
  • Photocopy and collate documents for distribution, mailing and filing
  • Send and receive messages and documents using fax machine or electronic mail


  • Excellent customer service skills and driven to exceed customer expectations consistently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and several other software programs
  • Able to establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Strong leadership skills with excellent problem resolution abilitie
  • Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations and respond well to questions
  • Capacity to maintain a professional demeanour while interacting with customers
  • Well-developed oral, written, and presentation skills
  • Work Independently or as part of a team
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
