The shifts will be evenings (4pm-6pm to 8am), Weekends (4pm-6pm to 8am), and Holidays (dates 24th, 25th, 26th running 24/7 during those 3 days.)
- IT customer service experience - (3-5 years)
- Ticketing and Monitoring Systems - (3-5 years
- Working overnight, holidays, and weekends - (3-5 years)
- Customer service.
We are aiming for an onboard date of October 21st for training, and an official start date of November 4th. The contract will end on December 29th.
