Job Responsibilities:  

  • Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls of existing customers
  • Negotiate the best payment arrangement to help resolve customers’ bills
  • Providing customers with positive experience
  • Deal with highly confidential information in a secure environment
  • Complete other collection responsibilities, as assigned

Requirements:

  • Versatile customer service experience
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette
  • Proven ability to achieve targets
  • Dedication to maintaining a superior customer experience
  • Basic computer/keyboarding skills
  • Maintain a punctual track record
  • Desire to learn and further your career
